Josefa Suites offers self check-in with 24/7 remote assistance.

We do not have a physical reception, but our team is always available via phone or WhatsApp to assist you anytime.

Please make sure to check your email or the inbox of the agency where you made your reservation, or contact the property directly to receive arrival and access instructions.

Some agencies do not share guest details, so we recommend verifying your messages before travel to ensure a smooth arrival.



1. Location: Before your arrival, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to get to the building.


2. Building access: You will receive personalized electronic keys to access the main building and your suite.


3. Assistance: There will always be someone available on the phone number provided in your confirmation to assist you in case of questions or inconveniences.


4. Reminder: For security reasons, do not share your access keys with third parties.


At Josefa Suites, we take care of every detail to make your stay comfortable and uninterrupted.

Housekeeping service is provided once per stay, before your arrival and after your departure, ensuring your suite is spotless.

If you’d like an additional cleaning during your stay, please request it in advance. Extra cleanings are subject to availability and an additional fee.
