Everything you need to know to arrive and enter your suite



Josefa Suites offers self check-in with remote assistance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Although we don’t have a physical front desk, our team is always available by phone or WhatsApp to assist you at any time.



1. Location: Before your arrival, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to get to the building.


2. Building access: You will receive personalized electronic keys to access the main building and your suite.


3. Assistance: There will always be someone available on the phone number provided in your confirmation to assist you in case of questions or inconveniences.


4. Reminder: For security reasons, do not share your access keys with third parties.
